Returns & Refunds Policy
CAN I GET A REFUND?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you aren't, we can help! If you've changed your mind, simply return your purchase within 30 days in brand new condition and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase (delivery non-refundable).
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
- Send us an email us to let us know you wish to return your goods
- We will contact you and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation)
- Please return goods via a registered service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
- When goods are received within the return period in brand new and sellable condition, we'll issue a full refund (less original freight). Goods not returned in this manner may be subject to a restocking fee.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your returned goods. Once received, your returned goods will be assessed and funds will be returned via your original payment medium.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you have a faulty item, please phone (1300 174 876) or email us and we will be happy to assist. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may repair, replace or refund your purchase. As always, we’re here to help and we want to make sure that you're more than happy with your items!
